This week, I increased my mileage to 42 miles, but I did less overall at the gym. All my runs were slow and more adventurous as I adjusted to my new backyard. The weather was dry and generally pleasant, except for the cold starts before the sun was fully up. I plan to add a weekly step count starting this week because I think it will be interesting to see it increase over the months, especially since I walk a little at work.
