This week, I covered about 24 miles across four short runs. My right hip is giving me some trouble, but I’m optimistic that stretching will help, even though it’s not my favorite thing. On the bright side, I made it to the gym five times, focusing on a solid mix of lifting exercises. I also managed to be more active at work! The highlight was my fast run on Friday, where I hit my 50k pace—such a thrill to dive back into some speed work! Overall, it’s been a productive week!
