I was dealing with a head cold this week, which made even small tasks feel challenging. I chose to rest for a few days, but still managed to go to work. My runs included some speed intervals, and I look forward to doing more of these in the coming months. Weeks like this can be a bit draining because of the low productivity, but overall, it’s just a temporary setback.
