Training Log 12/21-12/27/2025
Another week battling a brutal sinus cold. The picture above shows what my snot rockets looked like over the past two weeks. I was able to fit in some intervals on Monday, road running, and a speed run on the trails on Saturday to avoid the ground from turning into sticky mud as it thawed. I'm really hopeful that I’m almost done with this sinus infection or pneumonia—I’ve got my fingers crossed. After the holidays, I plan to gradually increase my miles, probably doing more road running since I find it quicker than trail runs, even though I prefer trail runs.
