This week, I increased my mileage to 44 miles. Tuesday night was rough because poor sleep from inhaling dust at work made breathing difficult all night. As a result, Wednesday’s run was particularly challenging and highlighted how crucial sleep is to my performance. On Monday, I completed moving out and in with Michelle, so I took that day off.
